Design & Consultation
At Price Cooling Services we consider the needs of the customer to be of the highest importance and we aim to provide guidance to customers from the early stages of planning and will continue to work closely with you throughout the design process to make sure you achieve a satisfactory end result. We offer an initial consultation, with design advice, CAD drawings and a full quotation as part of the project package. We can also offer a consultation only service for the design of insulation and refrigeration systems for both the customer and the professional which may be your appointed architect.
Insulation
All our Cold Stores in this section are constructed using the latest polyisocianurate and mineral fibre fire rated panels. Full production facilities, warehouse and distribution, preparation areas, clean rooms and holding rooms, in fact any controlled environment can be designed and installed incorporating the various options shown below.
Refrigeration
All types of temperature controlled systems can be designed and installed by our engineering department. All temperature ranges from ambient, preparation areas, chillers and freezers can be achieved. We design remote systems using the latest low noise equipment to achieve the temperatures you require. We pride ourselves of having an excellent in house service department with engineers able to support a complete warranty including parts, and subsequently able to offer comprehensive maintenance in the future.
Floors
A range of floor options including insulated floors incorporating heater mats for freezers, non-slip aluminium for smaller rooms and concrete and altro finishes for larger areas are all available.
Doors
A full portfolio of door options are available and are manufactured to order which means we can offer the size and type of door you require to enhance your installation.
Hinged, sliding, rapid roll, crash, flush, personnel, vision panels and windows are just a selection of the products available.
Optional Extras
As part of the design and installation package we can offer shelving, racking, lighting, strip curtains, meat rails, humidity controls and many other additional items.
